The Role of the Islamic Political System in Addressing Moral Crises: A Literature Review

The moral crisis in society has become a profound global concern in recent decades. Social, cultural, and technological changes have significantly impacted the moral norms and ethics that underpin social relationships and individual behavior. In this context, the Islamic political system has emerged as a complelling alternative to address the moral crisis afflicting contemporary society. This research aims to analyze the role of the Islamic political system in confronting and resolving the moral crisis, with a focus on its foundational principles. The study employs document analysis to investigate key documents detailing the Islamic political system provides a robust framework for fostering morality and ethics in society. Principles such as social justice, honesty, and fairness in social relations are particularly relevan in addressing the moral crisis. Moreover, the implementations of the Islamic politic system in certain countries have shown tangible improvements in the behavior and ethics of the population. This study offers valuable insights into how the Islamic political system can serve as a solution to various aspects of the moral crisis, such as issues of immorality, criminal behavior, and the deterioration of family values. By understanding and implementing the principles of the Islamic political system, this research highlights its positive potential in enhancing societal morality and ethics, while addressing the moral challenges of the modern era. This research is expected to contribute significantly to understanding the role of the Islamic political system in tackling contemporary moral challenges.
