  • Adhering to timelines and maintaining the quality of submissions.

2. Steps to Follow

A. Planning and Call for Papers (CFP)
  • Define the Theme: Work with the conference committee to establish a theme for the proceeding.
  • Announce the CFP: Publish the Call for Papers at least 6 months before the event.
  • Provide Submission Guidelines: Clearly state the formatting, word limits, and submission deadlines.
B. Paper Submission and Management
  • Submission Platform: Ensure a robust system is in place for authors to submit their papers.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct an initial review for adherence to submission guidelines (format, relevance, etc.).
  • Assign Reviewers: Distribute papers to reviewers based on their expertise using the double-blind review method.
C. Peer Review and Feedback
