Fetal growth retardation (FGM) is a serious condition that can affect both fetal and maternal health. Early detection of LGD is crucial for timely intervention. Fetal Doppler is one of the non-invasive methods used to monitor fetal health, especially in pregnant women with certain risk factors. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Fetal Doppler in detecting LGD in pregnant women who have certain risk factors through a scoping review. Methods: This study used a scoping review method by analyzing various relevant literature from reputable medical databases. Inclusion criteria included studies that used Fetal Doppler to detect LGD in pregnant women with risk factors such as hypertension, gestational diabetes, and previous history of LGD. Data were collected and analyzed to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of Fetal Doppler in detecting CHD. Results: From the 25 studies analyzed, Fetal Doppler was shown to have high sensitivity in detecting CHD in pregnant women with certain risk factors. The use of Fetal Doppler can increase early detection of LGD by up to 30% compared to conventional methods. The study also showed that faster and more appropriate interventions can be performed based on Fetal Doppler results, which contributes to improved maternal and fetal health outcomes. Conclusion: Fetal Doppler is an effective tool in detecting CHD in pregnant women.
