1. Submission Guidelines
To submit your research to the The Proceedings, please follow these steps and guidelines carefully:
A. Paper Format
- Language: Papers must be written in English.
- Length: The manuscript should be between 4,000 and 6,000 words, including references.
- Document Format: Submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Page Layout: Use A4 paper size, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced throughout the manuscript.
B. Structure of the Paper
- Title: Clear and concise, not exceeding 15 words.
- Abstract: A maximum of 250 words summarizing the research, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords.
- Introduction: Present the background, research problem, and objectives.
- Methodology: Explain the research methods used clearly.
- Results and Discussion: Present your findings and interpret them in relation to existing literature.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.
- References: Use APA or IEEE citation style consistently throughout.
2. Submission Process
- Online Submission System: All papers must be submitted through our online system [Insert link]. Ensure that all sections are completed as required.
- File Naming: Name your file using the following format: LastName_FirstName_MultiVerse2024.docx.
- Deadline: Check the Call for Papers (CFP) for specific deadlines. Late submissions will not be considered.
3. Peer Review Process
- Double-Blind Review: PMRC uses a double-blind peer review process. Ensure that your manuscript is anonymized (i.e., remove any identifying information such as author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments).
- Reviewer Feedback: You will receive constructive feedback from our reviewers within 3-4 weeks of submission. You may be asked to revise your paper based on this feedback.
4. Ethics and Integrity
- Originality: All submissions must be original, unpublished work. Plagiarism or duplicate submissions will result in immediate rejection.
- Authorship: Ensure all contributors to the research are properly acknowledged. Only those who contributed significantly to the study should be listed as co-authors.
5. Revision and Final Submission
- Revision Period: Authors will be given 2-3 weeks to revise their paper based on the reviewers’ comments.
- Final Submission: Submit the revised version of your paper through the same system, ensuring all feedback has been addressed.
6. Publication and Post-Publication
- Proceeding Compilation: Accepted papers will be included in the official The Proceedings.
- Indexing: The proceeding will be indexed in [insert indexing databases], ensuring wide visibility.
- Access: You will receive a free digital copy of the proceedings upon publication.
